British TV presenter and reality star Scarlett Moffatt has been announced to guest edit The Northern Echo later this month, working in partnership with Clair McGregor, Chief Executive of Bishop Auckland based charity Angel Trust, for which Moffatt is an ambassador.

The newspaper's editor, Hannah Chapman, said 'Scarlett and Clair have done so much for the area through the Angel Trust, and I'm looking forward to welcoming them to the newsroom and handing over the reins'.
